App version, your device model & iOS version, a short description of the problem and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots help a lot.

Quick troubleshooting

• Notifications not arriving? Open Settings → Notifications and ensure PlanBox is allowed. Also check battery/Focus mode settings.
• Timers stop when app closed? Background timers require the app to have background privileges; ensure you granted the requested permissions.
• Sync issues? Toggle Internet connectivity and sign out / sign in again to refresh Firebase sync.

Privacy & data

PlanBox follows a local-first approach — your data stays on your device unless you opt into cloud sync. We use Firebase for optional secure synchronization. For full details, see the privacy policy in the app.
